It is great to see Dairy Whip and Mrs. Mike's represented. I always start to salivate when I think about popping in for a burger and chili fries. The old dislocate-the-jaw to bite into a master burger trick takes a bit to get the hang of again, but it is well worth the effort. I live 8 hours, 32 minutes and 16 seconds away from the best burgers in the world now, so it has become a rare delight to indulge. Any comments on what it is that makes these Winnipeg style burgers so awesome and unique is welcome. I am especially intrigued by the texture of Mrs. Mike's burgers and the ingredients of the chili. If chance ever takes you there, there are a couple of pretty good burgers in Regina. The Serbian Club has a burger that literally hangs off the plate, and it comes with or without garlic. To quote the waiter, "you don't need fries". Another tasty option is the Ice House Tavern. Try the Ice Burger. Huge, tasty and a feat in itself to eat the whole thing.
Keep up the good work!
